Do the LED fog lights use optics that way, to give them a sharp cutoff?

In a word, no... By definition they are "driving lights" not "fog lights". Despite being illegal for on road use, you can use them whenever you want! Maybe I'll start using my HID Lightforces as low beams... if I am them down they won't blind anyone right??
