I would speculate that’s probably a testament to the quality of Ford’s pad compound as most peoples “warped” rotors are actually uneven pad transfer and not the “trueness” of the rotor itself.

I swapped the Ford pads out round 50k miles ago with some "gold" ones from one of the stores. I haven't rear ended anyone yet, but I did come pretty close once. I don't really tailgate like most people I've ridden with, my kid included. Only had 2-3 emergency situations in the 4 years with the Raptor. In the back of my mind I know the brakes are not the greatest so I just back off as a habit.

@raiderofthelostark nice! I’m waiting for my brackets to come in so I can install these! Which bolts is it you had to grind? I have the same wheels! Also is yours an electronic parking brake? I have only been able to find the rear rotor/pad set for the electronic parking brake trucks.
How much was the bracket?

Assuming this is the correct ones, looks like its $233.20 each.

Would love to see pictures of the tie rods that work and those that don't. I just wonder if there's any discerning differences visually to know beforehand.

Same price, but it could also be this one depending on the calipers being 2 hole top mount or 4 hole back mount (disregard the 2021+ as they fit Gen2 as well)..

These brackets are supposedly still being made and another 4-6 weeks out even though they say in stock on the website

As far as tie rods, this is the best pic I've seen of the issue. I'm guessing there is no way to visually verify they will fit..

The Alcon kit was one of the biggest upgrades to our truck to match the power and suspension that this truck comes with from the factory.

If you have a truck with the electronic rear parking brake, you cannot run the full Alcon rear BBK. You can run the Alcon pad and rotor upgrade kit.

We have all the Alcon kits in stock along with free shipping and feel free to send me a PM for forum pricing.

Front BBK: Alcon 2009-2020 Ford F-150/Raptor Front Brake Kit - BKF1559BE11
Rear BBK: Alcon 2009-2018 Ford F-150/Raptor Rear Brake Kit - BKR5059D07
Rear Rotor/Pad Upgrade: Ford F-150/Raptor Rear Brake Upgrade for Electronic Rear Parking Brake Trucks - BKR3430X1227

Same price, but it could also be this one depending on the calipers being 2 hole top mount or 4 hole back mount (disregard the 2021+ as they fit Gen2 as well)..

You're correct. The tolerance is so tight that there is no way to confirm fitment before install. As @nikhsub1 mentioned, Ford used multiple manufacturers for the factory tie rods across the 2017 through 2020 trucks and there's no real rhyme or reason to it. We highly recommend that everyone purchase them with their front brake kit and we offer completely free returns if you don't use them or don't need them. That way you have them during install if your truck requires them and you don't have to wait for shipping time to get them after you've taken your truck apart.
