Guys, the Alcon caliper is different, I know the factory calipers are the same for 21+ F-150s. The Alcon caliper for the Gen 3 Raptor is different than the one used for Gen 2 Raptors.

Correct. But a lot of us Gen 2 guys ordered the Roush 2021+ kit off of ebay. We had to wait until the calipers were in hand so we knew which mounting bracket to buy.

***Update!***

I found that the XRFimage.jpg tie rod ends part number XTR1356 not only fits, but gives more rotor clearance than the OE tie rod ends. They are supposed to be heavier duty and better built than OE. So much so they have a “1,000,000 mile warranty“ whatever that’s worth these days.

I will say the quality seems pretty stellar as I used their upper and lower ball joints as well as inner and outer tie rod ends. They seem pretty stout.

If you are set on the Alcon kit, or have it and the aftermarket tie rods you got are going out, there ARE other options. Just saying...
