Replacing B&O Unleashed system Soon

I am not liking the B&O sound system that came with my 2023 truck and looking at doing the lower diagram, any comments if anyone has had experance with these products?

It seems there is a "T" harness that might not be shown but i am planning on running new speaker wires for the new speakers, not sure how the blue tooth will handle this set up but the roof speakers crack bad...

trying to decide on what rear speakers to run and if i should use a coax and if i should run them in mono?

lastly should i use a center or not? I am not planning on hooking up the roof or headrest speakers... they seem unevenful, dash L/R speakers I am not planning on keeping hooked up either.

Pretty sure you are wasting your money running new wire for the system you are showing above. No need for center, dash, headrest, or roof speakers. My setup from Soundsgoodstereo is similar and sounds great.

Looks like a good system, do not run new wire that is AC Current (Signal - Speaker Wire) as it is not needed. High voltage, low amperage. Here is a nerdy article written by a famous engineer on this topic. But you do need a 4ga wire for the DC Current.

if i were you, i would use a different subwoofer. audiomobile is an awesome speaker. very musical. since the jl audio wont fit behind the seat, you are using under the seat. might as well go with a better sounding speaker if you are giving up the space. another note, you dont necessarily need the vxi amp for the sub. i believe the speaker amp has adjustable eq, gain, etc for channels 7&8 as an rca output.

Not a fan of the PAC solution. Makes you go behind the radio for no reason. and any time they say they are converting high to low, I run. With the ZEN A2B, you pick up all connections in the back of the cab by the amp and CAN BUS. Spend the extra money on the ZEN, it is a better solution.

Ended up running that mobridge on the highs and (2)6.5” Gately relentless subs under the seat and it Hammmers
With (2) mosconi pico 1’s

So happy with these and the audio frog gb’s insane how good it all sounds

Dont make fun of the wiring slammed them in couldn’t wait for the amp rack anymore re-doing soon

I have a buddy that owns a shop, I am no engineer but he has been doing this 20 years. So far I have 2 JL 10's behind the rear seat (custom box cut to spec fit with relocating jack and window motor), with JL's 1000X1 and it sounds superb. He recommended a (active 3-way set up just for the front and leave the rest. I am set on replacing the 2 inch tweeters above my head as I think they are blown but thats it. I will let you know how it sounds when I can stomach the cost. ($1000 Processor, $1800 for each side on 3 ways + Labor - This is after $3000 for the 10's, custom box, relocation)

If anyone has relocated the jack, where did you put it to still be functional? I do not want to put it under the seat. I have a rear seat spacer kit so I can fully put seats up or down as now with the grills, I need another inch to lock them up in place.

So idk if the 24s are really that much different or not on the sound system but I was pleasantly surprised by it. That said it does need to have a little more low end at a lower volume. This system is loud as hell and very vocal focused which is great for most cases. But the base doesn’t really kick in until around 7-8. 10 is perfect for balanced sound but that is crazy loud. Even 5 is a littler louder then it should be I feel but sounds great. I usually run mine at 3. But that’s the issue with not much low end at that volume level since the bass doesn’t seem to really kick in until around 6-7.

Has any one just installed an EQ on this set up? Was it easy to do and did it make a difference? I’ve seen some really average set ups sound amazing after a little eq’ing.

Curious if someone has done this and may suggest a product that works.

I know this helps from past experience but also from using an app on my phone with car play. Makes the music sound way different. But I prefer the stock radio and xm. Not a huge fan of car play so hoping there is a solution to this.
