Damn man, you need to wash that thing more.

Yeah... does that thing EVER see dirt? Hahaha

We might go camping this weekend... that's what I bought the Raptor for, to access some rural property... but now I don't want to get it dirty! Hahaha.

Maybe in another week or so... I've only had it 5 days.

Ford has black plastic inserts to replace the orange reflectors available at your friendly neighborhood Ford dealer parts desk. They are, as you might guess, way, way overpriced. So overpriced that I didn't buy them.

A $7.00 can of flat black took care of mine this weekend. Scuff sand with 240grit first, base coat, sand again - and top coat.

Took 5 minutes for get them out, set them on a piece of cardboard, and sand and paint first coat. An hour later, sand again and paint took 5 minutes and they just pop right back in when dry.

Used pactra RC on both reflectors, and the led stickered tail. Took all of about 45 min start to finish. Sand 240, three coates RC, one coat clear... Tried to find them online. No luck.

Just inserted the OEM blanks for the reflectors....texture is identical match to the rest of the side mirror. While they might be overpriced, the two minutes to install them is priceless.

I have a great solution for the dreaded ORANGE reflector problem. Materials in route, hope to do this weekend. I'll post pictures and the price after it's complete. Cheap and stylish fix plus very unique.
