@jzweedyk and I finished the days Trails with a trip over to the RedStone Area.
No Raptoring in these Red Stones but I’ve put a few hundred 4xFoot miles out here.
These pictures are just the first few hundred steps into it.
The RS really comes alive at Sunset, the Sandstone seems to Glow, reminiscent of the Windows Area in Arches NP at Sunset. Wish I was following you on the trail in my Raptor. I can't wait for spring to get underway. Looking forward to my trip to the Raptor Assault the last week of May. Still fussing over whether to drive the Raptor or the Lincoln MKT. If I take the Raptor it will put +1100 miles on her and cost me ~$500 in gas. The lincoln could do it for almost half that. Both are a sweet ride. The plus side for the Raptor would be being able to off road a bit while there.
