Recon "LED" Illuminated Fender Logos

Its the exact same el tape guys, and it will fade from the sun over time. If your familiar with recon products you will understand their marketing scheme behind using the term "LED". They also call their headlights "projectors" lol.

This mod is very easy and much cheaper and u get the same end result. Did it last year and i love it. Screw recon!

i saw these up for sale on ebay... i wonder if you order on there and then if they dont send them report to ebay and paypal for fraud and get them removed! i hate vendors who advertise items and then dont back it up when it comes time to selling! ok rant over lol

I ordered a set off of eBay a couple weeks ago. I still don't have them. I emailed a couple times and had no response.

Last night I sent an message though eBay and they responded that they would call me today.

So today I did get a call. Their story is that Recon asked them to presell these and promised delivery dates. As of now, the eBay vendor I am dealing with has presold about 100 of these but still doesn't have the kits from Recon.

Recon has promised them delivery by Tuesday and then they have to ship them to me. I'm in no great rush, so I can wait. But, I guess I got missed in the notification and wasn't told of the problem until today.

I guess it's a clusterf*ck at Recon.

i hope you get them, i really want to give them a try mainly because i need new svt vents lol and for $189 the vents are included which from the dealership cost about $100 a pc!

I am glad I followed this thread. I was going to order them but like most guys, when we pay for something, we want it now. Never bought anything from ReCon but had a few buddy's who are always having issues with their headlights. Glad I saved my money. Thanks for all of the posts keeping us updated.
