Installing is not too bad. Basic hand tools are all that's needed (pneumatics will help speed things up though) Its just the lifting and aligning up the new leafs that can use an extra pair of hands. Takes us about 1 to 1½ hours per side for leaf install with 2 people.

You need massive jack stands to get the truck high enough. Need to go off the tow hooks and full droop the suspension.

Not difficult but if just leafs yeah an hour a side.

Not just hand tools. He forgets how much help the cordless impact was. Ingersoll Rand ftw. On mine that is. He did the superman thing on his.

Just saying you *can* use just hand tools. Didn't say it would be the easiest. Will need a torque wrench too (not quite the "basic" hand tool, but everyone "should" have one).
