Pics were just posted of this Raptor XT? at the ford factory and they ditched the rear leafs and dampeners and went with longer coil overs. Would there be any downside to this?
Looks like a better upgrade to me.

No towing. It has to have some sort of linkage to keep the axle in line. Probably a 4 link. Mucho fun, Mucho work to put together...

I would like to know how that 4 link is set up. on the left you can kind of see one of the bars. Defidently an option down the road instead of just dumping money into better dampeners and leafs.

I'd be curious to see how that one is setup myself, considering it still has the frame.

Might be a cheaper easier way to get a 4 link system on these trucks other than cutting the back half off. Someone that lives up there needs to get some better pics!

I can't tell what's going on there, but I feel like its missing stuff. No rear hydraulic bumps, no external bypass . Whats the front set up?

box the frame, mount up some lower links, truss the 3rd member and triangulate the upper control cars and add C/O's with a bed cage, some hydro bumps and your good to go. looks good.
