Yeah, RR5 was the first time I have ever aired down my tires when off road.

****, the first night I made it out to the campsite with 50PSI in the tires.

Next day I aired down to 32psi.

Made a huge difference.

What is max speed with tires at 32PSI?

Well then I assume everyone airs down off road to get a softer feel, and then most of you must carry some sort of plug in compressor to air back up once on the blacktop? I did notice a huge difference from 35PSI to 42PSI on the road... much harder and almost makes the front end slam down over road bumps and stuff... I don't like it, but then again its a truck and with those monster tires and shock, expected.

Until the tires overheat and blow out start chunking.

I allegedly ran 80MPH with the tires at that pressure in 100+ degree heat.

Don't recommend it though.

I'm back up to 45PSI (cold reading)

45? Wow I can barely handle 42 LOL... maybe I should never have started out at 35 on the blacktop, but wow a huge difference when you get in the 40's on PSI... just seems the front end bounces or for lack of better words you can feel the dumps even in the floor mats of the truck LOL... I dislike that, but know it is all part of the suspension and the slamming of the tires to make contact is the shock action... but when below the 40 mark the tires seem to soften the blow much better....
