I don’t baby it, I just don’t do a lot of city driving. I use cruise control most of the time. But I still get on it frequently, so who knows. I’m sure if someone actually tried to hypermile an R they could get there.

City driving kills it more than anything. If I stay out of the gas and drive boring, just going surface city streets only taking kids to and from school on a week where I’m only working from home I’m at 9.7. Going more highway but getting on it and having fun it’s much higher haha.

I have made 3 trips from Prescott to a Peoria and got a steady 16.4 on each trip. Cruise control and 75 MPH.

Overall street and Freeway average is currently 12.8
