I recently purchased a 2020 Raptor with 78k miles. The check engine light came on and the code from Oreillys showed a bad O2 sensor. Took it to a shop and they said it was a code for a catalytic converter and also the grille shutters. My mileage went from about 15-16mpg (lift and bigger tires) down to about 10mpg. Wondering if anyone had any advice or guidance. Heard Ford has an emissions warranty that covers up to 80k miles. Any help would be appreciated. Have a 3k mile power train from the dealership and the extended ford protect warranty as well.

All I can see is aftermarket front and back bumper, 38” tires and what looks like a 2” lift with a upgraded AFE air intake

Warranty on PCM and Cat converters is 8/80.
All other emissions components are 3/36

O'Reilly 's is a parts selling business, not a diagnostic/shop.
Seriously if you want to "pull codes " get your own code scanner.

Will do, just was in a pinch and it was after shop hours so was curious. Is there any restrictions to the 8/80 for the PCM and Cat Converters? Wasn’t sure how far back that goes as far as model year

Prior to the implementation OBD II regulations in 1996 all emissions components were cover 6/60. As part of the negotiations/agreement with the EPA on the new OBD II regulations the manufacturers got the following requirements (emissions warranty minimum coverage is mandated by the EPA) 3/36 on all components except the engine computer (PCM/ECM what ever you want to call it) and the catalytic converters, which are 8/80.
That has been the regulation since 1996.
