Did you have to modify the bracket to fit around the wiring harness?

I had to cut an inch off the side of the bracket, Moroso is looking into it but this might be just 2010 specific.

I like the one you are running with the quick release nozzle. I'm not sure which one to get yet from Moroso. It's either the one you have; or Moroso 85607 Air and Oil Separator for Ford Raptor 6.2L Engine : Amazon.com : Automotive or this one http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mor-85492

The difference I believe is size I have the large can with the drain on the bottom.
The small can does not have the drain.

You can do what ever you want with the hoses, you really do not need to use the OEM snap-on plugs. You can just slip the hose over the nipples and leave the plugs out.

I'm waiting to see what hoses Moroso is going to be sending me, I have mentioned to them about another member that stated the hoses are too soft and collapse when hot.

The pictures on Summit's website are not correct. Do yourself a favor and go to Moroso.com and confirm part numbers.

Part# 85492 is the one that I have

I have had my JTL on for about 1000 miles and I went out to check it today.

The oil in it looked weird. Like a frothy cappuccino.

Pics are here. Any idea if this is normal? About 200 miles were offroad dusty desert. I checked my air filter and it looks clean.

I say your probably doing a lot of short trips and/or you're getting on her before she's warmed enough to burn off any condensation and that's just moisture mixed in with the oil.

Didn't think of that but it definitely makes sense. I always remote start mine an let her warm up for a while.

Me too but it won't start burning off moisture until a least 200 degrees so it would take 15 minutes or more of idling just to get there.

That's certainly it then. I work about 1.7 miles from home. Leave early and try not to wake the neighbors up.

Doesn't sound good. I checked dipstick and it didn't look that way.

I'm running motorcraft full synthetic.

Should I change it? Only have 2000 on this oil change.

I don't think you need to panic, but I would try to remote start at work every now and then, and let her get good and hot every once and a while.
I'm sure the any water vapor is getting out of the engine first and collecting in the catch and when you get on the throttle and let off it's mixing up what little oil is in there.
The turbulence is pretty violent in the can, watch the video of the Cadillac CTS with the clear can in the beginning of this thread
