That looks like a little more than just PCV blow by on that throttle body.
Back side is getting burnt & front side has dust stuck to it.
The edge of the blade is carbon black.
Looks like backfiring or ignition issues. JMO

Na... It's just oil tracking and holding crap.. The heat cycling turns it into a hard mess..
50,000 and it runs like a top....Still making good power on the dyno 3-4 months ago..
Because the blade is never held at WOT for long periods the oil mist will collect on the back side of the blade then like I mentioned the heat will harden it..

Don't put one on if you're living n a cold climate. I had one freeze up in my Grand Cherokee diesel due to condensation making it's way to the element. Mind you it was -45C that day.

I run one of these on my SRT8 Grand Cherokee. It catches quite a bit of oil. Like mentioned earlier, it's supposed to help maintain a higher octane. 93 is suggested for the 6.1l Hemi's.

ANY PCV reroute type of mod like this is a good thing to eliminate not only build up of oil grime on the throttle body but also on the inside of the intake manifold. More so in turbo charged engines, but I can attest to the fact (yes on my Chubbies) that I have to clean my throttle body at least every three months to maintain optimal performance and they are not supercharged or anything like that. The PCV system is a bad emissions idea that should have been better designed from the manufacturer with the catch can style of design from the start IMHO.

You would think the Ethanol in our fuel would dissolve that, it dissolves everything else.

I would perfer to make some kind of venturi tube system and pipe that carp straight into the exhuast, after the O2s of course.

No way, dude you're freaking me out.

At least the Whipple setup bypasses the TB, but thats just gross.

It's all guesswork until one of those catch cans is installed in a naturally aspirated Raptor and is driven representatively over 500 or 1000 miles. No installation photos, no results from real world driving? Then hasn't happened and there's nothing to talk about but guesses.

Have you not read the above posts? Wiz found oil all over his throttle-body and installed one.
