Yep...There it is....I have drained mine a few times in I don't no how many miles...I never let it get into the sight tube. I just have a valve on the bottom...I will say this (with no intentions of bashing vendors products, just observation) with aftermarket CAI installed I noticed a lot on the inside of the CAI tube and throttle blades.. Also there was the same oily sludge in my canister purge valve that failed. (just being curious i cut it apart to see how it works and if I could modify it to prevent clogging so easily, more on this later)
What I am suspecting is happening is the blow by is getting into the line that is attached to canister purge valve. I am all for something like this, to keep the crap out of the intake..
Also I personally do not think Ford has ever sorted out PCV system (think mustangs, lightnings all had issues with oil consumption/blow by issues)
Also, you can have significant blow by in N/A engines.. Anytime you are in the upper RPM band, there is blow by. And our trucks with offroad mode on staying in 4000rpm and up range for long durations.. You better believe there is blow by and oil getting into the intake track.
Here is the best solution for fords crappy pvc system..
OIL SEPARATORS : JLT PERFORMANCE, Home of the JLT TRUE COLD AIR KIT
Watch video... It is a 2013 mustang with 600+ miles on it with this system and they have collected a good amount of oil..

It's all guesswork until one of those catch cans is installed in a naturally aspirated Raptor and is driven representatively over 500 or 1000 miles. No installation photos, no results from real world driving? Then hasn't happened and there's nothing to talk about but guesses.
