I have a question.
Would you do it to a brand new 0mile 2013 ford raptor?
I really like that bumper to fit into my new raptor, the thing is that.
Anyway how long does it takes to get it done? To order a raceline front bumper?

DO it! There is also a Pre-runner front bumper that does not require cutting the frame. It fits just as close as the Raceline.

To order one, no more than 5 minutes. To get it built, about 2-3 weeks. I think we should be all caught up by Tuesday with all the orders so lead times will really start coming down now.

To everyone who has concerns about cutting their frames I can understand, I did too. I think that the RPG Raceline bumper is the best looking bumper out there so I decided to go for it. I installed my bumper a couple weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. I think the truck looks so much better. The front of the truck looks so much lighter without that giant stock bumper hanging down. If you follow the RPG cutting instructions and measure at least 20 times before cutting like I did it's a piece of cake. And if you make clean cuts it would be no big deal to weld the frame back together. I installed my lights today. I am using all Baja Designs lights. 15 inch OnX light bar and 2 Squadron LED's mounted on Baja Designs billet light mounts. The first picture is with the stock bumper removed and the frame cut. I actually thought the truck looked cool with no bumper. Reminded me of the Stewarts Raceworks Raptor.

Very good advice K. Bumper looks great, thanks again for the support.

Very true about keeping the cuts clean. If you guys do that, you can easily reweld the old piece back on. A very good fabricator once told me stop stressing so much when I was trying to do something. His words "It's only metal. You can shape, cut and do pretty much what ever you want if you screw it up the first time". Just take a deep breath, measure a bunch of times, watch the video and become a DIY'r.

Can anyone with the Race Line post up some pics of how far the top bar is from the grill/bottom edge of the truck.
A BIRDS eye view would be cool.
I'm curious to see when following the instructions on cutting the frame horns on how far the top bar is.

Thanks in advance.
