If you dont care about your warranty its not a problem... and this could affect quite a lot of the warranty. SO say your radio goes on the blink and Ford(which most likely will) says its from all the off road bouncing and wont cover it you now have to deal with their ********.

ok, thats a given, how about structurally? Or how about in a front end accident, I dont want to make the truck unsafe by cutting the frame.

Yep anytime you add/change anything... What it changes no one knows really cause there is no crash data involving the change... So, bags might take more or less to deploy its a guess.

interesting, didn't even think of that...i'll stick with the pre-runner bumper, not willing to take a chance like that.

I with ya there too. I love the look but am I willing to sacrifice the resale for it no... In 5 years or so there might be something badasser(ya a wilson word ha ha we love ya wilson) that I want
This is the reason I am mounting my front winch with a pin and not welding or drilling...

Not sure about that. Anything's possible but saying it's because of offroading because of a bumper doesn't make much sense to me. They can always say it's because of offroading - they don't need a bumper to indicate that.
