By saying you shouldn’t affect a bunch of people’s incomes that had no direct bearing on the situation by bombing a survey?

By saying as an adult why not have a rational conversation with the General Manager or Owner to try and find a solution that works for everyone?

By saying if they’re just becoming completely unreasonable, then tank the survey as a last resort?

Can you be any more clueless? The dealer who the survey was about doesn't give a crap about it, but you can't sleep at night over it! Did you happen to notice you are a party of one? The sales manager at this dealer functions as a GM. The owner didn't want to be bothered.

As an adult, you should understand that mfg/dealerships choose to use surveys to “affect a bunch of peoples income that have no direct bearing on the situation”, NOT the people who buy their vehicles, like Old Fart. He simply took advantage of their chosen mechanism to provide feedback. I could care less how many people are affected, they agreed to work under the dealership rules, so they can move on if they do not agree with how they are paid.

You obviously have been affected by this BS policy, or you would not care. It is time for you to move on to the next car forum to complain. No one here cares.

No, what you should do is schedule an immediate appointment with your physician to determine your state of senile dementia and how far it has progressed.

The MFG. essentially holds the dealers hostage every month and they have no choice but to take it. It’s a broken system that was conceived with the best intentions in mind but failed miserably.
