Put it in reverse and truck shuts off...

Okay.. So last night I was parking my truck.. went forward and then shifted into reverse and truck just shuts off.. never happend before...

Should I be concerned?

Sounds like a virus. Take six shots of Fireball and respond back in the morning!

Sounds odd indeed. I haven't heard of this issue before. Still under warranty? Good luck and let us know if you find what caused it.

Were you still moving forward at all, I have had it do that when I was in a hurry and put it in reverse before the truck had stopped moving completely. I was barely moving, always thought it was a safety thing or something.

Yeah I've noticed it as well. Mine never shut off but seemed like it was about to. I think Mr. evilmonkey nailed it. Make sure you are at a full stop before shifting to reverse
