My black Rap has paint defects. The one you currently own more than likely has defects. The dealer, I'm sure warranties the paint work. Just buy it, paint will never be perfect.

I agree with most of the above.....buy the truck if its optioned correctly. Paying MSRP is not a bad deal. If the dealers keep the prices up and don't offer incentives, then you will have a sound investment on the back side.

I thank you all (except maybe MGD's brother Jake17), for your input and reasoning. I just got a call from the dealership and the truck is ready. We are heading down there tomorrow to make sure every thing is ok with the truck and if it is we plan on being owners of two 18 Raptors. At least I know who I can pair up with at the Ford raptor school in Utah!

Helopilot. Where in MN are you? I live in SW Minneapolis, plus have a house out on Park Point in Duluth.

I had to work really hard to get my 18 Raptor at MSRP. Got it from a dealer in the NW suburbs of MSP. Ordered in May; took delivery Aug 18.
