PSA...Walmart now selling 12 quart Mobil 1 boxes for $34.99

Normally, I have to buy a 5 quart jug for $24.99 and a 1 quart bottle for $7.99 making the cost of an oil change $32.98 or $5.49 a quart.

A $34.99 box with 12 quarts makes makes that oil change $17.49....$15.49 cheaper.

I do my wife's explorer sport the same time I do my raptor, so this is a no brainer for me.

Yeah, looks like Mobile oil is dumping as much of their current API SN Plus stocks in preparation for the new API rating SP that will replace SN and SN Plus.

Maybe it’s a local thing, because I can’t find it online nor is it at my local Wallyworld. And what a deal at $2.91 per! Go back and buy them out. LOL

I buy mine at Costco when they go on coupon for $26.99 for 6 quarts ($4.49/qt) - I’ll buy four boxes to hold me over awhile.

I went to another Walmart today and found the 12 quart boxes but it wasn't on sale. I asked the clerk if it had been on sale recently and she said no we just got it in stock yesterday.

I've actually never seen a 12 pack... thanks for posting the pic, Nassty! I'll keep an eye out at my Walmart.

Even at $54.97, $4.58 a quart still isn't too bad.
