So i unfortunately walked into a Grody dealership to look at the Raptor R's since i noticed on auto trader that they had like, 10 of them. Mostly because i wanted to see the colors in person before placing my order out of state. Needless to say, i walked out of there 10 minutes after i arrived. All of their R's were frankensteined with matching color fenders, custom wheel package and a mark up of 40k+.

When the salesperson approached me and i asked about those upgrades, i was immediately told that all of their Raptor R's receive the package and it is non negotiable.

He had the audacity to literally tell me that they have a used car lot with lower priced raptors if price was the problem.. Hoping all of their raptor r's ROT on their lot.
KG is an absolute joke.

Oh sorry, I failed to realize that: 6211 Beach Blvd., Buena Park, CA 90621 is located in Alabama. My bad.
People put "lifts" on Raptors all over the country not just in California. I'm sure I can find a few in Az, Fl, Texas, etc. I know the trend is to take shots at California these days but it gets old....
By the way, Eibach's are considered more of a level. Pretty common around here.....some 20's too.

Eh? This dealer has their lot littered with Raptors fitted with 20's.
Oh yeah I'm aware. Ever seen Wild Willy's or TC Customs....or how about Hennessey? My point is that 20's and lifts are not a California only thing, its pretty common and so is the "lift" which many on here have done as well.

But is it undeserved? Watching you turn a $97B surplus into a $68B deficit in just a couple of years is entertaining. Even more entertaining is seeing where the money went. Be content that your purpose in life is to serve as an example for others and revel in it.

It's my home regardless of the politics its what I call home and where I've made my life. If you saw people constantly taking shots at Colorado you would be annoyed after awhile. It's like the annoying uncle telling the same old tire joke during a family gathering and if you don't live here who cares. If it's so bad, just be glad you live elsewhere.
I can't speak on Colorado because I don't live there and don't care to follow it much less its politics.
Believe it or not were all not miserable here. We all have issues, ups and downs like anyone else. California is not as bad as the news makes it out be, it's a big state and there's plenty of nice places to live......and that's where I will leave it.

I was born and raised in California. It's a great place. That's why so many people move there. But the politics are insane to the point of ridicule. Colorado is similar, but with worse weather, no beaches, and little agriculture. If you're from the upper midwest you think it's heaven. That's where most of our liberal idiots come from. Colorado also sucks politically. Just like Cali, the kids from the big cities(big city in our case) run the show. Badly. I'd leave if I didn't have 42 years worth of roots. I still might. My wife would have a cow, but it might be worth it.

I go on a big trip every year to places like Aruba, Hawaii , etc. it’s sponsored by one of my vendors( I have to spend at least $250K). Other than landing at airports in Cali to layover to catch another flight, I’ve never visited there. A great many of the people on the trip with me are from California and I have to say, they seem like great people with same value set as me. Sadly as the regulatory requirements in California get more and more restrictive , most of them tell me they will be forced to retire as they can’t afford the equipment to meet regulatory requirements. Most of my California counterparts are in some way involved in providing water to mostly large agricultural operations. If the regulations are affecting the people in my line of work, I’d have to think it’s going to affect the agricultural operation also. It’s seems to me that for all the “ green” policies to work, a whole lot of people better be prepared to die on this planet.
I must say coming in for a landing at the airports. I can see some beautiful countryside.
