Premium vs. Plus vs. Regular

I've had my 2018 Raptor for about a month now (has 32k miles), and curious if I should be buying Premium gas, or Plus, or Regular. I obviously don't know what the previous owner used, so curious if I should make the decision now to only use Premium going forward, or what issues I should take in to consideration.

I've seen some other threads on here talking about this, but not really discussing this scenario-- i.e. buying used and then buying only Premium or Plus. Thanks in advance for the recommendations...

Second on Costco premium. I'll drive until I about run out of gas to a Costco. Always the cheapest premium in my area too.

In the manual it specifically states that 93 octane is optimal for the HO EB. You can certainly run lower octane just know that your engine has knock sensors and will retard mentally handicap your truck. It can take a tank or two to get those sensors to reset to spicy fuel but IMO you shouldn't skimp on fuel on a TT high performance engine.

You gotta crack some jalapeños to make the salsa spicy!

As the others have said, Top Tier 93.

Here is the difference in performance on an F-150 Limited, which uses the Raptor 3.5 HO. It's quite substantial.

I mean really, on an empty tank and a .15 cent difference on average, it's a $5.10 difference.

If you're complaining about $5.10 on a 70k truck....

Appreciate all of the replies! I agree— not concerned about a few extra $$$ for a tank. Spent a lot of money on the truck, and want the best fuel. Luckily there is a Costco about a mile from my house.
