In that case tell them I want a 2017 Ford GT ordered for me...point being theres a lot of dealers that do these kind of things but if people are paying 5000+ MSRP they probably aren't going to honor these type of deals.
There were threads dedicated to dealers selling at or close to invoice on here. If you are looking for a deal on a in stock Raptor you will most likely be out of luck. If you are willing to order one and wait the deals will be out there. Some of us on here are seeing used Raptors selling for more than we paid new.

I agree with full auto, same situation. I know the next one I get will be at invoice, not a cent more.

So what motor is offered? Is it just the 3.5? And is every body ok with this? I love the sound of a V-8

The only engine option right now is the new 3.5L V6 TT. Please note this is will be an all new engine. The 2nd iteration of the EB. And only the GT and 2017 Raptor will run this engine. I am sure it will find its way into other vehicles as soon as it is release.

as soon as they talk about a V8, I'm going all in. so far the raptors prices look good so when I sell my 13 with 30K miles I will be able to afford a new one

Honestly, I doubt they stick a v8 in it. More than likely it will be a 5 liter coyote derivative which probably will not have as much power as the v6. I think the market for Raptors is peaking now as far as price goes. People want those 6.2 liters, and are will willing to shell out to get them.

Serious question, would you be willing to drop 400k on a GT? Did you mean $5k above MSRP for Raptors on the lot or those that you order and wait. I am hoping to order a 17 raptor and hope I'll be able to pay near $1k + Invoice.
