Mounted a Morrflate TenSix air compressor on a Builtrightind bedside rack MOLLE panel using a slightly modified (two additional drill holes) Viaircorp 95900 mounting bracket. Removed the factory alligator clips and installed an Anderson connector and 100 amp fuse to take advantage of my hitch mount winch power. I also converted the hose mount to a QD for more compact storage. This unit is capable of an actual 10.6 CFM with a four tire inflator and has an integral pressure switch

Like your setup and looking to move away from CO2 tank to something similar. Real novice with electrical .. would you share more about your setup; "removed factory alligator clips and installed Anderson connector". difficulty, part numbers, more pictures...

Sure. Here's the link to the fuse that I used. The TenSix runs on 90 amps, so I went with a 100 amp fuse. Before you cut the alligator clips off mark the positive cable, so you don't mix up the two. The fuse obviously goes on this side. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KYG1HNQ/?tag=fordraptorforum-20

And the Andersen plug. I had to use the larger plug to match up with the cable/plug I ran to support my rear hitch winch install, which has to support 400 amps or so. You have to solder the compressor cables into the plug pins. They are designed to handle 2 to 4 gauge cable and the compressor cables are smaller, so you might need to fold the cable over when you solder them into the pins. That being the case, you have to dump a load of solder in the pin to get a reliable connection. That's probably the hardest part. Otherwise, a piece of cake. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KHQR0K4/?tag=fordraptorforum-20

The Viaircorp 95900 is simply a bracket bent at 90 degrees. The two extra holes on the base was the only mod to get the TenSix feet to match up after removing the base it came on. No mount mods needed to mount to the Builtrightind rack. I used 4 of the Builtright MOLLE nuts to mount: https://builtrightindustries.myshopify.com/products/molle-nuts-threaded-molle-pals-fastener. I think I used a fender washer on one of the slots since it matched up with the edge of the bracket.

I hope this helps!

ARB install hasn't been too bad. Looks worse than it really is. I started it today, just didn't get time to finish. Should be able to complete the wiring tomorrow.View attachment 361365
Sorry, NOOB question here (first time Raptor owner in about 2 weeks). Can you share where you got those mounting brackets for the bed? Those are awesome.
