Mine does the same thing. It leaked after only a 6 mile loop at Phoenix open. I am running course opening car for NASA rally this weekend in the UP of Michigan and will keep an eye on it. I do think most of it is coming from the blender but the top lip of the res under the cap is wet also

See you there :)

A baffle as in how? I wonder if the 12psi pop relief can be adjusted or swapped out for something with a higher psi? I know the RPG has one too but with a hose that lets it escape below the frame, wonder what their psi relief is set for? The stock unit does not have any type of pressure relief does it, so why do aftermarket ones have it?

The RPG reservoir utilizes a standard 13psi radiator cap. You could buy a cap rated for a higher pressure, but the system as a whole is a low pressure system. If you up the cap, you will probably start to cause other items to leak, like the high side hose.

I am not sure why the stock system doesn't have any pressure relief, and the aftermarket systems do. Probably something with the pump cavitating on the stock system.

Other than the cooler, what is different with stock? Still using the stock power steering pump and all the rest of it. I thought the RPG reservoir had it's pressure relief on the side value that attaches to the hose?

I was thinking of something that I haven't seen anyone posting. Was going to get another cooler just like the one we all use and mount it below the existing one and feed the fluid through a second cooler. The first cooler is behind my 30" light in the grill (blocking airflow to the cooler) and wondering if its not doing its full job to keep the fluid cool. Do you think there would be any issue with the flow if I tried such an added mod to the existing system? Not sure if it would help with the overflow out the cap issue but figure the mod couldn't hurt overall.

I have the RPG Resivor and after a recent off road trip of about 100 miles, it was leaking from the pressure relief for about 3 days. The resivor was never overfilled, however it continued to leak all over my driveway which was very annoying.

Secure a water bottle at the end of the hose. Unfortunately I cannot do that with the PSS one.

Wonder if the chunk of delrin rod I have lying around is close to the correct diameter!
