Power Steering Blowout & Failure!

So what setups are anyone running for the power steering cooler? How about the pump itself? Any vendor info who sells this would be great advice

Just wondering how you new pump is doing after Havoc?

Mine went out again. Orangeaddict's went out again and upscrazy8 went out again. And all with very little to no off-roading.

Howe is very much still in business...Just got back from a Baja fun run, if you want to put to gather a Howe system I would be happy to help. Send me a PM just got in to SoCal catching a flt out in the am....be home tomorrow night.

i beleive a couple vendors stopped selling the kit due to some issues with the bracket which i also believe was replaced with a fabbed one by a few people

Truck is back in getting a new PS pump and steering rack.

I'm also going to replace my cooler I added to be sure that there isn't anything remaining in the system.

I should probably get that filter on as well.

Joe, no issues right now. New pump and rack. But I haven't done any hard off-roading since havoc. I need a solution. What kind of cooler setup do you have?

The Night Raptor is back in the dealership for another bad PS pump. This one lasted 3 days. They replaced the rack at the same time too, witha good flush of the system.

I don't know why the pump keeps going? They are only lasting a few weeks to this last one only 3 days. NOw the pump isn't completely gone, but it is making a bad whining noise.

I'm considering putting the stock PS reservoir back on and bypassing the aux cooler that I added.

I'll really at a loss as to what's causing it?
