I had something very similar. Over a month in the dealership, it was a loose ground.

2017 12.5k miles not a single issue until this started about 2 months ago.

At about 15-20mph I get an intermittent clunking/grinding that I can feel in the floor, and definitely drivers side. Been thinking t-case. When it first started I put in 4wd then back to 2wd and it stopped for probably a month. Now does it almost every time I drive.

Time for first trip back to dealer...

I have this right now as well. Just need to make some time to run to the dealer. The thud/grind is pretty serious.

2 oil leaks....first one at a few thousand miles, second at 22K miles....first year of ownership and 2 months thus far out of service....as of now sits at the dealer going on 6 weeks with no fix in sight due to unavailability of parts.....Ford has been no help in getting the parts in a timely fashion....

I have a noise coming from the right front wheel area, at least from inside the cabin that's where it seems to be coming from. Most audible around 30-40mph and is related to the cars speed and not engine RPM. It goes away when I put the car in neutral and coast at the same speeds, which leads me to believe it transmission related. It's a light rattle/tick, it almost sounds just like a rock is stuck in the tread of the K02, but I found nothing. I've looked in the wheel, around brakes, cx axle, driveshafts, looked for anything loose or dangling and have found nothing. Taking it to Ford today, car has 100 miles, started at around 60...

My truck is in the shop this week, developed a slow leak out of the transfer case rear shaft seal. I am pretty sure that's what has been causing my ticking sound, but I'll find out for sure soon here. Hope I get my truck back today, I can't imagine going more than a week without it.

18k miles worn out ring and pinion along with pinion bearing. warranty and fixed 11 days at shop

Oilpan leak at around 14k miles.
New engine at 23k miles. (rod knock diagnosed by dealer, currently replacing short block under warranty).

may have similar problem but dealer says nothing wrong had a cam shaft sensor replaced a few months ago and I feel it has a knock sound from engine; any info how yours was diagnosed???

uuuuggggg. AC went out yesterday on a 90 degree day; not so bad but I took everyone out to lunch that day so I had to hear all the Ford jokes from my jeep and chevy co workers.

2017 w/ 26k miles. Have used it to move two homes and pulling trailers with over 3k pounds.

Still having the startup engine noise for 15-20 seconds and now my panoroof rattles. The rattling gets better after I pop in up and then reseal.

Gonna go by Ford and get the TSBs and recall done and ask about the roof and engine noise. Otherwise, it has been perfect!
