Passenger side seep, both times. I had mine fixed twice within a year. Hopefully, this time they did it right.
Thats funny, I think it has been a passenger side seep on mine every time as well!

I gotta a road trip coming up, hoping my dealer can squeeze me in!!! If I drop it Monday hopefully I can get it back Wednesday,,,same here no change in dipstick
Well that sucks. Sorry your dealer is so busy. Dropped mine off yesterday, they said they’d look and “verify leak” then call me and give a timeline. As of this morning, in typical dealer fashion, no communication yet.got my truck back, they could only get my front diff pinion seal replaced…couldn’t even look at oil pan to order parts. I have to come back in a month they are that far behind, or I let my truck sit “in line” for 5-10 days.

I’m trying a new dealership, because I was not happy with the one I have been using the last 20+ years. (I haven’t been happy with them the last 5 years.)
We’ll see...poor communication is not a good start.

Keep us posted…driving out to AZ from CA, paranoid about my oil level, after sitting for about 30 min oil is just below half on the dip stick…I added a half quart 80 miles into the trip!!! 1/2 through oil change interval

Spoke to dealership late this morning, they initially claimed “repair on transmission is done.” (They’re waiting in parts for tail-light replacements because my had internal cracking under warranty)Keep us posted…driving out to AZ from CA, paranoid about my oil level, after sitting for about 30 min oil is just below half on the dip stick…I added a half quart 80 miles into the trip!!! 1/2 through oil change interval

When I told them It didn’t seem possible for the tranny to be done yet, because the RTV would not have had time to set; service adviser said he was re-reading the notes, and it wouldn’t be ready till tomorrow because “it wasn’t quite ready.”
He claimed they drained it last night, cleaned and sealed it back up today, and they’ll refill it tomorrow.
I’m not confident. I suspect they emptied it last night, let it drain overnight, then just cleaned it up and resealed it today. I’m hoping the service adviser just assumed the tranny was done before reading the mechanics notes, but I think the more likely scenario is they waited too short a time before putting the oil back in.
I guess we’ll find out in a few days to a few months if it starts leaking again....I’ll make sure to check the dipstick frequently when I get it back.

You can't determine the true oil level until the truck has been through a cold soak (overnight). That is the reason the Owner's Manual states that after a 15 minute period, do not to add oil as long as the level is between the upper and lower mark.
