The creek crossing hasn't been a real problem in a while. Heavy rains for 3 or 4 days + Lake being opened up will cause creek flow @ 2' +. The rain fri with wind will set the dunes up perfectly for rest of weekend like fresh powder snow. Traffic will also be lighter! Don't for get a flat head shovel & airing down, should be a ton of fun!

I have 5 extra gallons gas, 5 gallons water, a 9x9 tent, two shovles, my flag, A large Texas flag in honor of my Grand father, (look for the flag towards the end of the beach ill be in Friday around 3PM) 3 extra handheld radios..

Damn, that's a nice set Ice! Did you piece that all together, or did you start with one of the many recovery kits offered from the off road manufacturers?

I've only got walkie talkies, they're nice ones though. I don't go out far enough, or often enough to justify a REAL radio. I guess we'll just have to coordinate radios/walkies/cellphones, so if anybody gets stuck or there's an emergency, the appropriate people in the group can respond.
