Phoenix Android Audio retains Sync 3

Okay, So I did get the sound working again with the update above.

As Datnut mentioned several pages back, I did have to rename the file once on the USB as it would not update onto the Phoenix. I had to remove "(1)" from the file name.

Dang, I missed having to rename the file .
I couldn't ever get it to load.

I read through the entire thread, but what’s the consensus on the 12 inch tablet from you that have it installed? Hassle outweigh the features you get?

Customer service emailed me back and said(see pic).

I tried doing the px3 update and simple can update and wouldn’t auto recognize it from the usb. It is formatted fat 32.. I downloaded them from MacBook though. When I get home I am going to download from Microsoft see if that works. Anyone do it using Mac?

When I plug the drive in it goes to file explorer and doesn’t launch saying update like the you tube video shows....

Regarding the factory nav issues, just received the following response, "engineers are aware of this issue, still not found solution" On a side note today after reversing out of a parking spot the rear camera screen wouldn't change back to normal. the syc3 screen appeared only it was larger and looked much better, but he lower half of the screen would only show the birds eye view of a car. No app menus, volume, power, etc. had to shut truck off to get it to reset.

Yes. I uninstalled mine and returned it. I've never been so happy to have a working system again. This unit is junk IMO.

Well this has been fun. I did the Software update and did t fix the sync 3 flickering screen. I then did the simplecan update and still didn’t fix it so I hit the reset button with paper clip and now the unit won’t even power up just black screen.....

Okay so I deletedy previous posts as I don't have time for trolls. I'm all good with you disagreeing with me. Honestly I like constructive debate.
