Phoenix Android Audio retains Sync 3

The install videos with the silly music aren’t bad. They do help.

I thought there was only 1 blue female GPS plug available? Damn it.
If only the thing had come with some facking instructions with number steps or something.

Got it. Just testing it out and then going to button her up. Is there any reason to install the mic and speaker? It seems like everything’s running through sync pretty well.

Update: Never mind. Leaving it off for a couple minutes did the trick.

So my Sync seems to be locked up, and it persists through power cycling the truck. Console brings up the screen, but it’s just stuck on Sirius. None of the sync buttons work. The rest of the tablet works fine. It also doesn’t help to quit the console app and reopen it. Now, with the stock unit I would just hard reset sync, but since my buttons are gone I can’t do that. Thoughts? Maybe I should just reset the unit to factory?

Someone replied to my WhatsApp like they had no idea...
When I only was having long, lengthy conversations with them a week ago.

Expect no support. It’s a shame. Great concept. I enjoy my unit... but the whole experience is lackluster. Started off strong. Couldn’t follow thru.

So would you recommend still purchasing this unit after having some solid experience with it or just not worth it?

I’m disappointed in their product delivery and customer experience. BigDJ and myself gave them a ton of business and they squandered it.

THose launchers are great! Must have! Thanks herkguy. Totally opened this thing up more. All the customizations everyone is clamoring for are in these new launchers.

Try rebooting the unit with the pinhole on the left side of the bezel.

Good to hear! I am still trying to figure out how to get them to load up instead of the stock index.apk, it is still what comes up after my truck is off..
