Phoenix Android Audio retains Sync 3

This is getting interesting. In the middle will be a bar with a small white line. Touch and hold and you can resize. The console will squish if made smaller since it does not change size well.

So console and Waze both crash if in split screen. Oh well are least for now not really an option. Looks nice when it works.

I am still having an issue where my steering wheel controls only change the volume. When I try and say skip a song in spotify (running form the tablet and not bluetooth on my phone), it causes the source to change in Sync3. I am running the update from 20190226 and the simpleupdate for the CANBUS. It was suggested by Phoenix WhatsApp t: You tried reload the Cantu’s update?

I think they mean the CANBUS update but not sure. I ran the canbus simpleupdate.bin again and still the same problem. If anyone know if Cantu's update is please chime in. Not sure if spell check kicked in when they sent the message but I cannot find anything for cantu.

Nothing happens when trying to pair them. Select button press and hold wheel button and there is no indication of it pairing or turning blue showing it is paired.

Are you a 19 or 18? I’m on an older Sony system and not having that issue. I’m wondering if this is a mapping issue with the newer system?

But if I try to skip without being in fullscreen spotify first it doesn’t work. It’s gotta be an odd canbus bug...that little box in there is doing a lot of the heavy lifting that lets us keep our sync.

It would be the bomb if the split screen did not crash. I am going to try to mix an app that we know works in split screen and use one that does does not naively like spotify. I may have to check Pandora as well since I still have my free account with them but have not used it for a while.

I have a feeling native (for this device) split screen capable/enabled apps (the ones that allow you to view half or full screen and have the little options on each of the bottom corners) will likely be just fine and the ones that are not will crash or become unresponsive at some point and need to shut down and be launched again.
