I have a 2023 Braptor and 2023 F150 Raptor. This is the screen in the Braptor. It shows gear selection and puts a lot of info in a concise frame. It’s called the Performance view. Really wished this could be available in 2023 F150 Raptor. Ford …are you listening? OTA update maybe??

Yes. It’s my understanding it’s in the 2024’s but I don’t understand why it’s not in option in the 2023 trucks when it’s available in 2023 Braptor.

Software can literally configure anything and everything, and pushing a software update with better customizable screens would be a god send.

Doubtful. Ford corporate would rather have those who want updated screens to buy a brand new truck, not give it to current owners for free. From a business standpoint, it make sense. From a consumer quality standpoint, we get hosed.

They can send an update to make that screen play Netflix if they wanted to. But you’re right, why upgrade already sold trucks to newer designs.

They should just sell certain OTA updates then. But I agree with you, and honestly don’t care much either way about the new displays.
