Perfomance Loss Noticed From 35's to 37's? And Upgrades Needed?

She's running Toyo M/T's which is a heavy tire. A little more than 90 pounds per tire. BFG A/T's are 68 lbs. May be something to keep in mind.
I run 37" BFG A/T's, don't have a S/C and don't notice much difference in performance.

when I first put the 37s on I was at mid-perch. Shortly after I pounded down the pinch welds and installed Fox 3.0s with Glassworks front fenders. While the truck was at mid-perch the 37s did rub a bit on the back side of the fender liner. Hope that helps.
