I never did that. Haven't had a problem. Maybe that's why people flash their high beams at me some times. Lol. Oops.

Anyone that's gotten the mid-perch done at the dealer. What's does the total cost end up being verse a private custom shop?

Has anyone had any warranty issues not having it done at the dealer?

Warranty doesn't matter if it's done at the dealer or not. If something breaks and they can prove it was caused by changing the perch, it's coming out of your pocket.

I wouldn't think the dealer would do anything that voids the warranty. Do you know this as fact or opinion? I'll have to ask the dealer about that. I figured that was one of the positives about the dealer doing it verse someone else.

My dealer refused to do it. They said that Ford specifically states that the shocks are not adjustable. I went to a local shop to have it done.

interesting. Thanks for the info. I emailed my salesman to enquire. I know they have a SVT technician on staff. He said they are required to. I'll update on the response I get.

I picked up my 2014 yesterday and had the dealership do it before I got there, total cost was 375.

Damn that high priced! Figures a Stealership would charge that much. Mine was $100ish at RPG.
