I have had the PC on my '18 for only 3 weeks, and so far no issues. I have not read all 67 pages of this thread, but other than Cory, has anyone else had any issues with the PC? This is my first Ford in almost 20 years, much less my first Raptor, and am slowly learning as I go. So, should I be worried about this seemingly awesome mod?

I’m sure @Aaron will be happy to give us a count, but in their separated thread I thought there were 2 users who reported issues beyond @Gilligan - who sold his PC to someone else, and did not have problems.

I’m not aware of any ’17-’18 user having issues... Other than figuring out that accursed throttle connector and sometimes getting a bad connection in the cabling.

Have had mine installed and used every day for over a year, never an issue on the road, off-road and in parking lots, never.

Nope, don't care. I got the answer I wanted, the testing we asked about is NOT done, but they say they will do it in 2018 which remains to be seen. What's the point in continuing past that? The only reason failures were relevant in my mind was because they could be linked to the lack of testing. We can't prove that of course, but we found out all we needed to know to make an informed decision as consumers regarding certification and testing.

Yeah, **** safety, **** testing something you hook to your throttle, and **** legitimate questions.

Nobody is saying don't buy one, we wanted to know how they were tested. That's legitimate. People are asking similar questions about Chipwerke too, although it's a different animal.

I got the facts and I made a decision to sell my PC because my fiancee drives my truck a lot and even though I could probably handle a potential surge situation like @Gilligan had, I don't think she could, and I don't want to have that potential there. Gill sold his because he has his kid in the car a lot and felt the same way.

Those are educated decisions based on the discussion we had here. That's what the forum is for. It's cool though, I'll go back to posting memes and shit.
