I don’t park trucks in the garage they’re trucks

unless we’re talking a K-Blazer or Bronco restomod or some other classiC the garage is for tools, toys, & hiding shit you don’t want strewn across the front yard.

sometimes I park the raptor in the front yard just to **** off my fellow McMansion suburban neighbors

But trucks- any truck- basically don’t belong in a garage

my 18x42’ garage houses 1-2 jet skis, a Polaris Atv, random tools/kids toys, my Z06, & in inclement weather the wife’s MDX. The raptor stays in garage

How much of a ***** would I feel inching the raptor outta my garage right after a scary snow storm....ooooohhhh it might get dirty, the horror!!!! Lol!

If that’s your bag tho- tennis ball on a string Does do the trick (you do realize tho you bought the truck they sell that’s made for off-roading & jumping shit right?)

Thanks for all that input and your opinion. My Waverunner is outside under a cover. it's meant to get wet, why is yours in the a garage..Just kidding. I have my reasons to keep it in the garage. Thanks for all your input guys, I think I might have a plan.

Mine stays in the driveway. Shelby and Harley get priority.
I have a short driveway, so I painted a small line on the garage door and when the hood line and the line meet, I'm 1-2" off the door. You can put a rubber mat on the wall just in case you get too close.

Yea that’s pretty much my plan. Making a line, bumper on the wall and a wheel chock marked to the correct distance.

I have a 4x4 cutoff on the ground, just back up until I feel it touch the tire. The block doesn't move but I imagine if I was worried I would just get something bigger/heavier.

Tennis Ball method is classic and reliable one too

Same problem with my garage, I have work benches in the back of both bays and I used a 3" thick foam pad that hung from the workbench and the front camera. When the front bumper touches the foam that`s as far as I can go.

This setup left me with less then 2" between the rear bumper and the garage door. I thought about taking out the front work bench just so I could walk around the truck with the garage doors shut. I could do a K turn in my garage with my jeep and open the doors all the way, I do miss that with the raptor so maybe a garage makeover is due? Or just leave it outside.

Maybe put something like this on the outside of the garage door instead
