So was checking out the Raptor this morning and noticed what looks to be either a pain drip or almost a fold of paint on the front quarter panel adjacent to the hood...I'm hesitant to poke at it as if I put a hole in it it has the potential to rust if I dont have it repainted.

Question is should I take it to a dealer and show it to them? Am I wasting my time? Do you think the would offer a remedy?

Its hard to see on the picture but there are 2 paint defects.

I thought machines paint the raptors? If yes whey would there be defects? Not saying machines can't make mistakes but it would be rare as they repeat the same motion over and over again.

I say you should def bring it up with Ford.

thats what id do. when i got my ranger there was a glob defect on the drivers door edge. almost like they dinged it and did a bad touch up job. i thought i could mess with it and use touch up to hide it but it ended up looking like shit. i finally just put a plastic edge protector on it. if i could do it over i would have taken it back and made em repaint it. shouldnt the factory paint job be essentially perfect?
