RJ is her name and I think it depends on your area who you get to talk too. She is the regional manager in my area. Told her I was ready to just go and get a Dodge Ram and first thing she said as being the customer you have every rite to cancel the order she was very very nice and then went onto that I can give you the 3/45 warranty once you get the truck for no cost because of how long I have been waiting I was like sure. Not bad free oil changes wiper blades brakes tire rotation etc.

Called SVT. My truck was built 2/14 and left the plant 2/21. It is currently in Memphis, TN and expected delivery to dealer next week 3/1- 3/5 Memphis is only about 3 hours from my dealer. It seems to me once your truck starts moving they get lots of updates. The guy at SVT told me my truck had 8 status updates today.

Nice dude! Mine was also built 2/14 and the last status update was on 2/16 and it says In Transit. They don't have any further info though as far as a rail car number or location but my ETA is 2/24 to 3/1. On your window sticker does it say convoy or rail? Mine says convoy which is odd to me since my dealership is in Fort Worth, TX.

Window sticker says Rail. My truck was just sitting at Dearborn since the 14th and finally shipped on the 21st. I would continue calling them everyday to check on it. The guy I spoke with today told me they get updates every time the vehicles hit their different checkpoints. Apparently my truck hit 8 checkpoints today.

My truck is already in Memphis. If yours is coming in tonight hopefully they will get enough vehicles to start getting them off that lot and to the dealers!!!

Spoke with Ford Customer Service today. The person I was speaking with said they have NEVER seen anything like this. They looked at the case notes and said they have tried communicating with the Dealership about my truck and the dealership is not being cooperative and refusing to assist Ford on anything on my order. What a bunch of ******** at my dealer.

Just a thought I had. Is it possible that your dealer is intentionally holding your truck up because they told you 4-6 months. Then they could get others delivered that they are making more money on is it? Not sure if that's even possible. It seems unusual that they aren't helping you to try and figure this out.
