whats the typical time to delivery after an order is placed?

Don't ask me, I wish I knew.

I was told when ordering, 4-6 months but mine was built sooner but that clearly doesn't seem to matter....

12-14 Weeks if the dealer has allocation at the time of order. 4-5 weeks for order to be pulled. 4-5 to send for build. 4-5 for delivery. Some are getting them quicker and some waiting longer. But this seems to be most common.

Left plant on train 2/21/14
ETA to dealer 2/28-3/6. It's currently in Ohio.
So far I'm VERY happy with the timeframe. Much faster than I expected. But I won't count my chickens until it gets here. Hopefully I avoid the dreaded 30 day stay at the local rail yard!

I hear ya man...I have read your ordeal....that sucks and I feel for ya. Nobody should get ****** around like that dropping serious coin on a Raptor. Also, I am NEVER lucky so that's why I am not getting too excited yet....too much can still go wrong. Best of luck to you man.

And I have no idea where it currently is lol. When I call SVT all they say is the last update was 2/16 and shows In Transit. No train car number, no updates as to what town it's gone through, nothing.. So I am assuming it "Transitted" from the factory to the holding area waiting on a train lol.
