2010 supercab 6.2L engine. This was a combination of street and some freeway driving - I will have had it a week tomorrow. Not babying it but not punching it at every turn. I hope it gets a little better - I just put $50 worth in it and I only have 3/4 of a tank.

Do you get better gas milage?

Haven't really paid attention. If so, the difference isn't much. I'll reset my meter and see what happens. Normally I average 11.3, so we'll see what happens.

I run 91 octane and it usually takes +/- $75 per fill up.

LOL. Stop crying.:bawl:My '08 FX4 SCrew had a 30 gallon tank. When gas was at its highest, that was a $130+ fill up if I ran it dry. My Raptor SCrew has another 6 gallons. Its a damn good thing my commute is 4 miles and change, otherwise I'd be crying too.

In all seriousness, 12.9 MPG's on your first tank of mixed driving (it sounds like mostly street) isn't bad. It'll get a bit better after the engine is broken in.

I didn't mean for this to sound like a complaint - I knew what it was when I bought it - just reporting in. In fact, my 12.9 reading is only 3 mpg less than my 2005 Tacoma doing the same routine and, as good as that truck was, it ain't a patch of the Raptor.

It didn't come across that way. I was just giving you a hard time. I meant it as a joke. I apologize if I came across the wrong way.
