I've seen as high as 35 mpg after a reset. That's at 9000 MSL driving 15 miles downhill to 6500 MSL. That was with a 91 performance tune to. Seems the mountains and such don't agree with a economy tune as I was getting less than 11.5 around here with that. 91 performance gets me about 15.5 avg. That's with atleast 14000 elevation change everyday. Half that up and the other down.

Despite the heat wave across the country, we've had a lot of nice days this summer here in Northern Virginia. When I turn off the A/C, I get about 1.5mpg improvement...

X2 - i have noticed the AC does make a 1-2 mpg difference

just did a 500 mile round trip plus riding around the town at vacation spot on my 93 econo tune with me, the wife, and 2 kids and the bed almost full of luggage, toys, cooler, etc... with soft cover on and AC on enitre time and got 15 mpg. mostly highway but some city driving after we got there to go to the zoo, beach, and boardwalk. also did a small amount of offroading but not really any hammer down stuff.

Pretty early for me to say with only 1000 miles on it. I do think if I keep it under 65 and out of a city, it will do around 17.

Everything I drive on is rolling to big hills and valleys, some grades of 500-1000' elevation change, nothing is flat. Almost all of it is 2 lane roads with 55-65 MPH speed limits. Note: 2 lane roads "require" some pedal down passing!!!

Including a fair amount of town driving last week, my milage is 16.2 right now. It was 16.1 when I hit town and after 2 days it was 15.3. 140 miles home brought it back to the 16.2.

So far, it is much better than I was expecting.

I'm getting 15-15.1MPG in my 2010 SCab 6.2L normal around town driving with mostly 87 octane. AC on some of the time. Not light footed, but not heavy footed either...
