A coat of plasti-dip and you could have that. Then if you like it you could powdercoat them.

My search turned up a Juicehead talking about making some on a CNC but that's it. Interested...

I'll keep looking. There was one that a guy on here actually did it. All it took was cutting the plastics ones that come with the Methods
