how long does it take for a truck to be built once it goes into production?

good question, mine has been in production since feb 21st

It depends. My last R took a week to build and my 2024 was built in two days and shipped to the body shop for spray bedliner. I was told once the modules populate and you have a tag number it's built. You can check your modules at this link. https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt

Mine went into production on Feb 6th and isnt done yet. I guess it was moved offsite, I'm assuming waiting on some part or something. There's supposedly supposed to be an update in the next couple days.

thats wild, I just asked ford chat on mine that ahs been in prod for almost 2 weeks and they said TBD for my delivery date :/

Maybe different options are delaying it? I ordered without moonroof, but did have the spray-in bedliner. Who knows?

Per Ford Performance:

2/13 Built
2/14 Body Shop (probably bedliner)
2/14 Hold
2/15 Sent to Offsite
3/3-3/9 ETA

He offered that it probably went to offsite to wait for a part or to ship...no way of knowing. Said probably would not make ETA. Suggested asking again in a week or so....will check next Friday the 8th and see what's up.

On a side note saw a dealer with a 24 f150 STX that just the lot today for sale, blend date of 2/19/24 .

So hopefully those of you with early R builds will see them finally arriving soon!
