wow definitely a fan of that modular bumper. a bar and 4 lp6’s will look sick af
Yeah… excited as well for the modular bumper, I have 4 LP9s on my RPG shotgun frame cut on my gen 2. Sent them out to BD for warranty work as the paint was flaking from a few harsh CLE OH winters. They sent me brand new looking lights!!! Best warranty I’ve seen!!!

The modular bumper should be nice, changing bumper on Gen 3 sucks with all the sensors.

I think it will look nice when it’s all the same color, I haven’t heard anyone on here excited about the two-tone

Its time to move on from the Gen 2 to the R. If anyone knows a decent dealer anywhere in the US could you please send a message? I am willing to wait. Or if there's a used code orange for sale...

Appreciate the group

Thanks
I just bought one from Duval Ford in Jacksonville, Florida. They were great to deal with.

The wait begins. I along with 2 of my good friends just put in orders on new "R"s. If I had to guess it's probably APR/MAY. Hoping for no rust on the bottom and none of the issues seen from the 23's. Excited to finally get the one I wanted from the beginning last year but had to go with a 23' 6 banger with 37" pkg.

does anybody else find it interesting that Ford has NOT released the specs on the new 2024. The rumor was they had a HP bump but yet no mention On anything official. Given these trucks should be produced end of Q1 or start of Q2 2024? Im getting my dealers first allocation and they also have no details on this despite my order/options being in the system….

My guess is that it’s due to Ford not having it CARB/ EPA/ emissions tested yet / finalized with the unboubtly new tune to get the HP bump to the new 2024 emissions regs / standards. At least I think that’s what the bald guy from the R&D Raptor team was hinting at during his speech at the big reveal in Sept.

Yeah that makes sense. I know the CARB thing can hold releases for sure as this happened to my 2021 Turbo S when Porsche went from the 991.2 to the 992. My car sat in a Houston Port four 4 months until they cleared the CARB. I guess the only reason I could imagine they wouldn’t release the numbers was if they planned on redoing the tune if it doesn’t pass????
