It’s all over the place. My truck went into production 10/27 and still shows as in production. There are some 2022 trucks that have been in production two months and still not done. Shipping takes 3-4 weeks.

On the other hand. Some 10/24 and 25 trucks have already shipped and show that they should be at dealers next week.
Mine showed in production on 10/24. Then this morning on the timeline it shows 11/1 in production. Heated steering wheel shows deleted on the window sticker. I wonder if it was actually in production on 10/24, or if it sat there and now is actually moving again. It's like trying to read tea leaves...

I’m not sure of the exact timeline, but there’s no way the truck would sit on the line or on the floor considering the number of trucks they produce a day.

In Production is really scheduling and when they start assembly and allocation of parts. Blend is when it starts coming together and takes 24-48hr. Then it has inspections and all of that.

If they are missing a plastic cover or Ford sticker or whatever, it stays “in production” but won’t show chip hold despite rolling off the line. But now, Ford is using a generic “chip hold” for other constraints.

Add in a tracking system that falls behind, shipping issues such as a lack of trains or trucks, and the inability of Ford to provide updates and you have your “tea leaf” scenario.

I just hope Ford ships the Raptors, especially our Raptor Rs as quickly as possible after production so they aren't stolen since they seem to keep having a theft problem.
