Official 2023 Raptor R Order Thread

Dealers had the opportunity to update orders with the heated steering wheel delete option starting 10/7. If not updated by 10/13, orders were amended by Ford on 10/14.

it looks that way for now. I only had to delete the heated steering wheel on my order. Now back to unscheduled clean status

Not happy about the steering wheel removal they should install at a later date or hopefully add it back on if they get a shipment. My 9 year old said at dinner last night "DAD it has an engine called the Carnivore who cares about a heated steering wheel" LOL

This is what I have, Ford directly took it off. Iam not one of the lucky ones. If it shows on window sticker you have it of course, guessing they had a few and ran out shortly into lining up 2023 production. View attachment 376350

No build date. Just checked. Still Unscheduled clean like before. Now that they cleaned my hands of warmth.

my steering wheel has been deleted for my build. Pushed until 11/7 with vin already.

I would recommend calling Ford Performance to politely express the frustration of having the heated wheel removed from the truck. It's not a big ask to have a plan to have a dealer tech add the heated wheel at a later date to their halo truck.

there has been talk on Blue Oval and g14 forums of a memo claiming that the heated wheel delete is being built with the possibility of a retrofit later. That was specifically directed at Lightnings but I can’t see any difference in my Lightning cluster/wheel so I assume we will be able to do it as well.

I bet it isn’t $140 though

1100.00 plus to buy the wheel.
I did search and found plenty on shelf at local dealers.
