Hello Delmer - My truck only went offsite once (I ordered spray in bedliner), no other indication of what (if anything) needed to be done to this unit.

The Ford Performance phone number is 1-800-367-3788, option 1

Best of luck that yours is on its way soon!

Mine actually said: 'awaiting shipment, origin received-Roush(autoport limited)' on Dec 18.
It was built Oct 21.
I'm so frustrated at this point. When I search on palsapp.com it says Dearborn origin but destination 'null'
I'll never get this truck. They should definitely offer Oct builds an included extended warranty. I wonder if October builds will end up being black balked on the used market in the future. I sure as hell wouldn't buy one knowing what's going on. I'd cancel this order but am afraid I won't get one until spring. Plus I like how I optioned mine out.

So, my original info on this post:
Not October but close...

Built 11/9. No eta.
Been "awaiting shipment" AKA PARKED for the last 2 weeks after "retrofit"

Sticker disappeared about 2 weeks ago.

Carbon fiber, spray-in & graphics.

Got an update today. Truck has been sitting at ramp 59 after being re-released since December 17th. As of December 29th Origin has been received. Have we figured out the average time for the shipper to pick up the truck once origin is received?

I hear ya, but I think the main issue is the ****-poor logistics team for situations with vehicles that don't follow the regular flow of the production line straight to shipping company. VERY frustrating. I am in your same situation.

My 10/20 build 12/21 release is currently on a train in Ohio. Yesterday it was listed as "Awaiting Shipment" in Vehicle Visibility. Looks like there was some lag in their system updating.

I am in your exact same situation. I have asked and was told it could be 2-3 weeks due to our distance in SoCal and the rail factor.

Yes, Trent at the FP hotline said their info isn't "real time". Sometimes I wonder, however, if he keeps saying that to give the callers hope that their trucks are on their way and not verbally unleash...which has been very tempting at times.

Called Ford Performance today for my 10/17 build. Silver Scab, 802a ONLY. No liner, wheels, carbon fiber or seats.

Released on 12/28 and awaiting shipment

I asked if he could see the full history and he said after it was built on 10/17 it was sent to ramp 59 where it hasn't moved until the release on 12/28. So many questions, so few answers. I still have hope I'll see it in the next week or two. don't we all though
