Who's out there from NorCal / Northern Nevada?

I'm based in Incline Village, NV (north side of Lake Tahoe), looking for other Raptor owners who want to plan some trips for the summer, hit the trails around the eastern Sierra, etc.
In the Sacramento area. Down to scout some trails and areas as long as it’s beginner friendly haha. I’ve actually been wanting to check out the Moon Rocks area just passed Reno, NV.

Over on Kingsbury grade. Up for day trips but don't do any camping. Done Genoa Peak trail over here. Kings canyon always has an overgrown area by the stream(trickle of water, not a stream) crossing. Raptor would get pin strips for sure. There was a rock slide a few years ago. Don't know if that has been cleared yet.

I’m in the east bay. I go to Tahoe all the time as well as moon rocks. You can’t really use the rock obstacle at moon rocks but they have hundreds of miles of BLM land next to it where I just went overnight. Put my rappy in Baja mode going 90 on their dirt roads. It’s where I jumped mine for the first time as well! Hella fun. Can get busy though on a weekend. But camping is free. And you can shoot and pretty much do whatever.

Nice! That’s what I’m looking for. Nice open space to get out and play and possibly camp out and get drunk. Haha

Thanks for starting this @colemizak it is high time some N NV Raptor owners got organized, a bit. You too long travel Silverado, sweet. Like Noah said there are endless trails here made for high speed and fun. Just have to settle into who fits where. Raptor Offroad Community (ROC) did very organized runs with scheduled hotel overnights. That group merged with RTO and I have not done a run with them since the shakeup so can't say. Some people like day runs only. Some like to sleep in back of truck or tent. Anyone that wants to get hooked up with an organized group should go to RTO or NorCal Raptor Runs on FB. If you just want to fly around the NV desert, get yourself a good VHF radio and GPS and I'm up for whatever.

nothing changed after the merge. we still have the events going and still have our 2 campouts. august is wyoming and october we will be back in porter springs.

im going to the original rocfest location in a couple weeks to go camping, shooting, riding quads, and to be lazy all around. everyone is more than welcome to join me out there as long as you are zombie free
